Homes/Cabins

From a weekend getaway to sprawling permanent homes, Wick Buildings’ clear-span trusses provide plenty of interior design flexibility, as there are no interior load-bearing walls aside from where trusses are connected to exterior wall columns.

Our structural integrity and energy-efficient materials will ensure you are worry-free and comfortable in all seasons.

Re-roof

Re-roof

Replace those worn-out shingles on your home or outbuilding with a roof that will stand up to Mother Nature. Wick Buildings has three different steel configurations to meet your roofing needs and desires, and a variety of “cool-colors” that help save energy too. Choose from Wick Rib Panel, Snap-Loc Standing Seam, and Standing Seam.

Durable Materials in Every Suburban Building

Wick buildings are constructed using the finest materials, including:

Reliable, high-quality lumber: We only use machine graded or machine evaluated lumber for all structural components.

Durable steel and paint: We use full-hard steel, with 80,000 PSI hardness or better. This results in less dents. Our exterior steel is G-90 galvanized for better corrosion protection. And our paint is warrantied not to chip or crack for 40 years.

Construction Costs Matched to Your Specifications

All building costs are generated for you prior to construction, based on your building specification. The costs of a building will involve the following, and will vary based on each project:

  • Permitting
  • Excavation, fill and other site preparation
  • Design, materials and labor for the building structure
  • Local subcontracted materials to finish interior/exterior if not part of the Wick package
